Cancellation Policy

A confirmation of your booking is subject to the receipt of aΒ 100% non-refundable advance payment. –

Cancellation Policy for High Season

πŸ’³ (From April 1 – July 15; October 1 – November 10; December 18 – January 5): – A non-refundable and non-transferable advance of 100% of the total amount is required before check-in. – This advance is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or a no-show. – Any requests to change dates or room requirements will be treated as cancellations. –

πŸ’³ Cancellations received during this period will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to the entire length of stay originally booked. –

Cancellation Policy for Low Season-

πŸ’³ Cancellation Cut-off Period:

πŸ’³ 21 days – No cancellation charges. –

πŸ’³ Cancellations received 7-21 days prior to check-in will incur a charge for one night’s stay.

πŸ’³ Cancellations received 4-7 days prior to check-in will incur a charge of 50% of the non-refundable advance. –

πŸ’³ Cancellations received less than 4 days prior to check-in will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to the entire length of stay originally booked. –

πŸ’³ Gala Surcharges:During the Christmas and New Year period, gala surcharges are mandatory. In the event of any cancellation of the booking, these surcharges will be charged in full retention. –

πŸ’³ All disputes are subject to Kullu jurisdiction.

We want you to know that we are doing everything we can to reduce the risks associated with the spread of COVID-19. We have been temporarily closed the last few months but are accepting reservations and re-opening July15th, 2020. We look forward to welcoming you then.

Our Advantage

  1. The whole of Manali has reported 0 COVID-19 cases till now.
  2. The property is located on the out skirts of Manali in Solang Valley which has a low population density. The village has had no reported cases to date.
  3. The property itself is very spread out with access to huge open areas and the river Beas. With the amount of inhouse activities arranged for the guest, there is little or no need for the guest to travel outside the property
  4. Aligning with our vision, the property is maintained by a small team that resides onsite.
  5. Even though the property has 70 rooms that are spread out across 3 blocks, we will be ensuring occupancy does not exceed 30% which automatically allows for natural social distancing.
  6. We are a transaction free environment, which allows contact free self check-ins.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BOOKINGS

The guest must have an E-PASS from the Govt of Himachal Pradesh(kindly refer to the link below to apply)

  1. The guest must have a valid RTPCR COVID TEST from an ICMR- accredited laboratory
  2. The COVID Negative report must be valid for up to 72 hours before travel. We request the guest to time their COVID tests accordingly before coming.
  3. The guest must book for a minimum period of 5 Nights with us.
  4. We request the guest to furnish us through E-mail all the necessary documents like Aadhar card,
  5. e-pass, negative COVID report, etc so that the check in the process does not take time. This is for the safety of both the guests and the hotel staff.
  6. We encourage guests to make payments online for safety reasons.
  7. In case of unavoidable circumstances or natural calamity or any changes in the Govt policy, the guest can postpone their bookings till 31st The booking will not be valid at the existing rates between the dates od 18th Dec-6th of Jan

Our Protocols

  1. We request a health certificate from all guests.
  2. Guests are temperature checked upon arrival.
  3. We have increased the intensity and frequency of our cleaning protocols.
  4. The staff and guests are required to wear masks when traversing through common areas.

 

Our Cleaning Practices

  1. The rooms are well ventilated and disinfected before check-in.
  2. High traffic touched surfaces are frequently disinfected.
  3. All our cleaning supplies contain an antimicrobial agent.
  4. All rooms are equipped with hand sanitizers.
  5. All linens are washed and dried at high heat settings.
  6. A deep clean is initiated post check out.
