Dhaam

Himachali cuisine is an assortment of different kinds of flavours, ranging from the Thukpa and Momos to the Laal Rajma. We take pride in our food and absolute pleasure when we see our guests savour the culinary delights of beautiful Himachal. The connoisseurs of meat can enjoy succulent Tudkiya Bhaat, Chha Gosht or the Grilled Trout.
Gazebo –
“The Gazebo” our Italian Restaurant is known for its wood-fired oven offerings which include all-time favorites such as pizza and grilled trout. It’s a slice of heaven to sit in this space with the glaciers for the company. Ask for our signature specials that leave gustatory echoes of Solang Valley in your memory forever.
Malana Bar
The eponymous little Malana is our sophisticated bar for those indulgent drinks and eats. It gets its name from the local village which has a penchant for intoxicating indulgence.
We grow our trout in-house to bring you freshest fish. You can pick your fish from our trout tank, it
doesn’t get any fresher than this.
Riverside Restaurant
One of the favourite spots for a romantic or companionable date remains the open air restaurant by the River Beas. Rustic and rugged, it has taken shape in the form of stones from the river and wood of the land. Serenade your love with the music of the river with live music performed just for you.
Kalaar
Kalaar is our larger dining area with a capacity of 250 guests at a time. The restaurant provides a magnificent view of the glacier and river to accompany freshly prepared and sumptuous meals. Sit back and enjoy the gastronomical delights from our kitchen, specially prepared with the choicest natural local ingredients to the highest degree of perfection.
