We want you to know that we are doing everything we can to reduce the risks associated with the spread of COVID-19. We had been temporarily closed in the beginning on 2020 and reopened on the 15^th of Sept 2020.

Our Advantage

• The property is located on the out skirts of Manali in Solang Valley which has a low population density. The village has had no reported extremely few cases to date.
• The property itself is very spread out with access to huge open areas and the river Beas. With amount of inhouse activities arranged for the guest, there is little or no need for the guest to travel outside the property.
• We have multiple restaurants which are very big in size. This helps accommodating people while ensuring safety and distancing norms.
• We are a transaction free environment, which allows contact free self check-ins.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BOOKINGS

• We advise the guests to have a valid RTPCR COVID TEST from an ICMR- accredited laboratory. This is recommended for the safety of the guests themselves and the people around them. However, this is NOT mandatory.
• We request the guest to furnish us through E-mail all the necessary documents like Aadhar card, and other valid documentations required for check in. We encourage payments in advance so that the check in time is reduced for the individual guest. This is for the safety of both the guests and the hotel staff.
• We encourage guests to make payments online for safety reasons.
• All guests are encouraged to wear masks in the common area for their own safety and that of the others.
• Keeping in mind the ongoing pandemic we agree to postpone the bookings for a period of 6 months in case the guests are unable to make it.

Our Protocols

• We encourage guests to furnish a health certificate.
• Guests are temperature checked upon arrival.
• We have increased the intensity and frequency of our cleaning protocols.
• All rooms are thoroughly sanitized and disinfected on a regular basis.
• The frequency of cleaning and sanitising the common areas like restaurants, public toilets, garden areas etc has been drastically increased to ensure safety of guests.
• The staff and guests are required to wear masks when traversing through common areas.

Our Cleaning Practices

• The rooms are well ventilated and disinfected before check-in.
• High traffic touched surfaces are frequently disinfected.
• All our cleaning supplies contain an antimicrobial agent.
• All rooms are equipped with hand sanitizers.
• All linens are washed and dried at high heat settings.
• A deep clean is initiated post check out.
