Cancellation Policy

A confirmation of your booking is subject to the receipt of a 100% non-refundable advance payment. –

Cancellation Policy for High Season

(From April 1 – July 15; October 1 – November 10; December 18 – January 5): – A non-refundable and non-transferable advance of 100% of the total amount is required before check-in. – This advance is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or a no-show. – Any requests to change dates or room requirements will be treated as cancellations. –
Cancellations received during this period will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to the entire length of stay originally booked. –

Cancellation Cut-off Period:
21 days – No cancellation charges. –
Cancellations received 7-21 days prior to check-in will incur a charge for one night’s stay.
Cancellations received 4-7 days prior to check-in will incur a charge of 50% of the non-refundable advance. –
Cancellations received less than 4 days prior to check-in will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to the entire length of stay originally booked. –
Gala Surcharges:During the Christmas and New Year period, gala surcharges are mandatory. In the event of any cancellation of the booking, these surcharges will be charged in full retention. –
All disputes are subject to Kullu jurisdiction.
